Serving as DSP Group’s CEO since 2009 and member of its Board of Directors since 2011, Ofer brings over 15 years of managerial experience in the telecommunications industry, prior to being nominated as CEO, Ofer served as DSP Group's Senior Vice President and President of its Asian Operations, before that, Ofer served as Vice President heading the company’s Business Development and Investor Relations activities. Prior to joining DSP Group, Ofer served as a research analyst in a leading US Investment Bank. Previously, he held managerial positions at Radvision, Tundo Communications and Ernst & Young. A certified public accountant, Ofer holds an MBA with honors from Columbia Business School and a BA in Computer Science and Accounting from Tel Aviv University.
