Ruth Wilson joined DSP Group in 2002 and is responsible for DSP Group’s marketing activities in Europe, with a particular focus on the DECT/CAT-iq market and it’s integration into the IP network. Since the beginning of 2006, Ruth has held the position of the Vice-Chair of the DECT Forum board and more recently the Chair of the Market WG, and actively contributes to other industry standardization activities. Prior to joining DSP Group, Ruth led the Bluetooth Business team within the Systems Group at Cadence/Tality Design Systems. Ruth has over 25 years experience in the electronics industry, having an embedded software engineering and product realization background in a number of different market sectors prior to focusing on the wireless semiconductor market. Ruth holds a BSC in Computer Science from the University of Edinburgh.
